Since January 10, 2010, Remco de Zwart is the pastor of Christian church Berea Heerlen. Remco was 34 years of age when he became a pastor. Remco is married to Mireille and together they have three children, Nyomi, Joshua and Phebe. Remco is originally from North Holland, but the Lord called him and his wife in the year 2000 from Amsterdam to Limburg. After first having served as youth leaders in a church in Maastricht, Mireille are Remco started as youth leaders in Berea Heerlen in 2003. In January 2006 Remco became the youthpastor of the church and in januari 2010 Remco became the senior Pastor. Remco and Mireille have both done two-year full-time Bible school in Ed, called Vorming & Aktie. This became a good foundation for their ministry. Aafter completion the Bible School in 1995, Remco always worked with youth and speaks regularly in churches and youth churches. Mireille has a dancegroup, called Pure Passion; they perform frequently at churches and events.
